KNOX -- According to State Police, a Knox man who was charged with public drunkenness is in for double trouble after allegedly he showed up in front of the judge, drunk again.
Timothy Edinger wis initally charged with public drunkenness and harassment for a drunken fight in September. Yesterday, when he showed up at Judge Lowery's office in Emlenton, authorities say he was again intoxicated.
"An odor of alcoholic beverage was also emitting from Edinger," said Trooper Bradley Wolak.
While waiting at the front window to set up payment, it was also determined that Edinger had another warrant from Judge Lowery.
Edinger was transported to the Venango County Jail and another public drunkenness citation is pending against him.
