OIL CITY – Meadville had its bluegrass festival last month. Now it’s Oil City’s turn. The three-day pickin’ festival starts Friday and continues through Sunday at the Days Inn, formerly the Arlington Hotel. The event is a joint fundraiser of the Oil City Arts and Culture Commission and the Court Appointed Special Advocates of Venango County. For more information, contact Ron Shoup at 676-3465.
