GROVE CITY – State Police have released details of a fatal crash that tied up traffic on Interstate 80 in parts of Mercer and Venango Counties for most of the morning yesterday. The victim was 55-year-old Michael Holder, of Lansing, Michigan. He was killed when he crashed into the rear of a semi-truck driven by New Jersey resident Wilfredo Suarez. The truck had multiple blown-out tires. The accident happened near the Grove City exit in Wolf Creek Township, at 3:30 yesterday morning. The eastbound lanes were closed until after noon as State Police investigated the scene.
