Meadville ladies arrested for DUI, flashing

Two Meadville area women are arrested while driving through Vernon Township over the weekend after police say the driver was drunk and the passenger flashed another motorist.

Police say it was around 4:15 Saturday morning when 18-year-old Adelia Karell was headed south on Route 98 just north of Route 102, and her passenger, 20-year-old Heather Loll, leaned out the window on at least three occasions and flashed her breasts at a vehicle that was following them.

The young ladies were arrested on Wadsworth Avenue during a traffic stop.  Karell was charged with DUI, and Loll was charged with Open Lewdness.
