Former Mercer County man arrested on child sex charges

The FBI in Tennessee has apprehended a former Mercer County man accused of molesting young girls.   Local authorities have filed hundreds of counts of child rape and other charges against 40 year old Nashville resident Michael David Lewis. 

Lewis is accused of assaulting three young girls over a two year period.   The alleged assaults occurred at a Jackson Township residence. The alleged victims were nine, ten and twelve years old when the assaults started.

He is awaiting extradition to Pennsylvania.
