EMLENTON – Disturbing reports this morning that an Emlenton man was arrested this week for performing sex acts with a young boy at the Emlenton truck stop nearly two decades ago. The alleged incident happened in 1996. The boy was 5 or six at the time. State Police in Butler arrested 58-year-old Roy A. Card on Monday. He’s being housed in the Venango County Jail and a court date has not yet been scheduled. Card has served time previously for Statutory Sexual Assault and Corruption of Minors.
