MEADVILLE – A Crawford County man apprehended in March for being a fugitive from justice pleads guilty in court Thursday. Thirty-five-year-old Jason Michael Csorba pleaded guilty to a felony charge of unlawful possession of a firearm.
He was charged last summer with threatening to shoot his neighbors and their pets and was out on bond when he failed to show up for the call of the list in Crawford County Court and became the subject of a manhunt that was resolved earlier this year with his capture by Ashtabula Sheriff’s Deputies in Ohio.
The judge has since revoked bond for Csorba. In exchange for the guilty plea on Thursday, seven other misdemeanor counts against him were dropped. Csorba remains in jail awaiting sentencing at a later date.
