MEADVILLE – When it comes to standardized test scores, it appears Crawford Central School District is beginning to itself out of the hole.  At Tuesday’s board meeting, Superintendent Charlie Heller announced three of the district’s schools have been dropped from the state’s list of low-achieving schools in the latest list released by the state education department.  Now, only East End and Neason Hill Elementary Schools appear on that list, ranking among the bottom 15% for combined reading and math PSSA scores.
