MEADVILLE – Meadville will be paid a visit this spring by internationally known funnyman Mark Russel, whose political satire routine will kick off a celebration of the 50th year of the Baldwin Reynolds House Museum.

“He thought, what better way to help celebrate a Supreme Court Justice’s house, to celebrate their anniversary as a museum, than to make fun of politicians,” says Curator Joshua Sherretts.

Sherretts tells us Russell will be kicking off the museum’s festivities on April 4th at 7:30pm, with a night of comedy, politics, and music at Allegheny College’s Ford Chapel.  Tickets for the event are $25 and can be reserved by calling 814.333.9882 or emailing museum@baldwinreynolds.org.

Then for an additional $25, you can meet Russel in person at an exclusive meet-and-greet inside the museum itself.  Sherrets says space for both events is limited and reservations should be made as soon as possible.
