SANDYCREEK TWP. -- State Police say 13-year-old Zachery James Proper shot and killed his grandmother 67-year-old Dorothy Fross and his step-grandfather 69-year-old George Fross. Police say the shooting occurred at around 4:00 p.m. on Sunday at the grandparents' home on the Polk Cutoff in Sandycreek Township.
The investigation continues.
