RICHMOND TWP. -- State Police in Meadville confirm there was a fatal crash this morning in Richmond Township, Crawford County, along Route 408 just west of Townville. Trooper Michele McGee says police were alerted to the accident at 9:55 a.m. A tractor trailer collided with a car. Names and other details were not immediately released. More information on the crash is expected shortly.
