27 YEAR OLD LEMMEL MYERS OF JOHNSTOWN WILL BE CHARGED WITH MURDER. 37 YEAR OLD LESLIE SHETROMPH DIED SATURDAY AFTERNOON AFTER BEING SHOT IN the LEG Wednesday in the CITY’S West End. POLICE SAY Myers shot Schetromph BECAUSE HE owed HIM 20-DOLLARS. HEROIN, CASH, AND ANOTHER GUN WERE FOUND IN MYERS’ APARTMENT. Police SAY Leon Currence FLED THE SCENE on a bicycle and took the gun to an unknown location. IT HAs NOT BEEN RECOVERED AND CURRENCE IS ALSO FACING CHARGES.

THE CLAYSBURG COUPLE IS FACING A LONG LIST OF CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE CHARGES INVOLVING 5 CHILDREN, INCLUDING 2 WHO NOW LIVE IN WISCONSIN. THE PARTSCHS HAVE BEEN IN THE COUNTY JAIL SINCE THEIR ARREST LAST FALL. PATRICK’S ATTORNEY HAS ASKED THAT THEY BE TRIED SEPARATELY AND THE JUDGE WILL HEAR ARGUMENTS FRIDAY.
